Sept 19th            Welcome back. Photos “My Summer” 3-5 on stick.

Sept 26th        Photo League. Show Glenstal & other photos. Glenstal AV. Photos for consideration for the National Shield.

Exercise:  Shoes in the landscape to be returned on October 24th.  3 – 5 on

Oct 3rd            Photo League.  How to prepare Distinction Panels.

Oct 10th          AGM.     Photo League, and show   Pictures of Distinction

Oct 15th/16th     National Audio Visual Championships, Arus Chronan, Clondalkin, Dublin.

Oct 17th          Audio Visual Night with all the AV Group’s entries for 2016 .

                        Exercise: Starscapes….. to be returned on Nov. 28th

Oct 23rd           SACC Creative Photography Competition, Park Hotel, Dungarvan.

Oct 24th           Photo League.   Bring back … Shoes in the landscape.

Exercise: Halloween Challenge.. to be brought back on November 14th. 

Oct 31st          Bank Holiday   No Club.

Nov 7th           Photo League.. Mono only.  Understanding Depth of Field, practical. Bring cameras.          Return your results on December 5th.

Welcome Back

The Club resumes on Monday night, Sept. 19th after the Summer Break. We will have a busy time between now and Christmas, starting with preparations for the National Shield which will be held in Cork on Nov. 12th. Venue to be decided. The National AV Championships will be held in Arus Chronain, Clondalkin, Dublin on October 15th/16th. we will be well represented there. The SACC Creative Photography competition will be held this year in the Park Hotel, Dungarvan, on Sunday October 23rd. The SACC Regional Round of the Photographer of the Year Competition will be held in the Horse & Jockey Hotel, on Sunday Nov. 20th. and with plenty time to prepare the regional round of the Nature Photographer of the year will be run in Thurles  on a date and venue to be decided. The Tallaght and Cork Salons are now open for entries.
