The 26th IPF Irish National Audio-Visual Championships which
will be hosted by Shannon Camera Club.
The event
will take place on Saturday and Sunday, 18th & 19th October
2008, in The Oak Wood
Arms Hotel, Shannon, Co. Clare.
The competition is open to all levels of AV
workers, Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced, and entries can
be either in traditional slide projector or digital format.
The judge
for the competition is Eddie Spence FRPS, who is well known
UK and International AV circles as both a judge and a accomplished
AV worker. He is a multi award winning author of AV sequences
and had worked in analogue and digital aspects of AV. This
will be Eddie's first time to judge the IPF AV National Championships,
and he will also be showing some of his award winning sequences
at the competition.
